Paola Prestes

Born in São Paulo, Brazil. Graduated in fine arts at FAAP and specialized in documentary film at FGV-SP. She is currently working on her master´s degree at PUC - SP. She started the independent production company sarnafilmes in 2000, and ever since, has made her own documentaries, as well as documentaries for communication and research agencies. She also makes institutional videos and videoinstallations for art shows. Her main areas of interest are arts, culture and people.

Matias Lancetti

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. A journalism graduate, he works as a documentarian. Since 2001, he collaborates with sarnafilmes as cinematographer. In the past years, he specialized in editing and finalizing institutional videos, videoinstallations, films for television and documentaries. He co-produced and edited Between Light and Shadow, a documentary on Brazil´s prison system, selected for the 20º International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA), the 13º It´s All True Festival (Brazil), and was awarded at the 17º Biarritz Film Festival.
